The leadership course for university students from North and South America aims to develop different skills in a multicultural and international environment. Students will explore global trends, leadership models, and the interpersonal and emotional skills necessary to be a leader in a globalized environment.

The program will take place during the months of October and November and consists of 5 weeks, with one 90-minute session per week. The program is completely free.

Requirement:

Be a college student from a US-based university

IN COLLABORATION WITH:

YDUQS is the second largest group of universities in Brazil, comprising 26 educational institutions in the country, with more than 1 million students.

With a strong use of digital tools, and through the development of methodologies and contents that reflect the challenges and needs of our time, they offer high quality education to people of all social classes, throughout the country, and throughout their adulthood.

The present program was funded by YDUQS and 60% of the openings will be reserved for students from their universities.

"Participating in this program was a unique and enriching experience for me. The virtual nature of the program allowed me to connect with students from different parts of the world and immerse myself in a multicultural atmosphere from the comfort of my home. I had the opportunity to participate in classes alongside students from different nationalities and cultures. And although we were separated by thousands of kilometers, we were able to share opinions, knowledge, and perspectives about a variety of topics. The diversity of ideas and thought enriched our discussions and helped me to widen my view of the world, expand my mentality, and develop a great tolerance and adaptability for the differences in language and culture with my Brazilian teammates with whom we were able to achieve a point of understanding, even though I don’t speak any Portuguese. It was quite fun!"
