It was very gratifying to exchange information, experiences, expectations, and knowledge with Brazilian colleagues and others from nearby countries. Although I don't speak Spanish fluently, I made my best effort to express myself in a way that my new colleagues could understand me. It was a few days' experience, but very valuable.

Interacting with people from different parts of Latin America gave me a different perspective. During the program, I began to understand my colleagues, especially the Brazilians, better, including the meanings of their words and their ways of working in teams. Stepping out of my comfort zone was challenging but gave me the valuable opportunity to grow personally and professionally, facing situations that boosted my integral development.

I had the opportunity to participate in classes alongside students of different nationalities and cultures. And although we were separated by thousands of kilometers, we could share opinions, knowledge, and perspectives on various topics. The diversity of ideas and thoughts enriched our discussions and helped me broaden my worldview, expand my mindset, and develop greater tolerance and adaptation to differences in culture and language with my Brazilian colleagues. With patience, we could reach a point of understanding, even though I didn't speak Portuguese at all, it was fun!
